Dyson Sphere Project

Renewable or not, the current energy sources all have limitations due to location, high initial capital, low cost-efficiency, pollution or destruction of nearby environment. The Dyson sphere may seem impractical right now, but with better technology in the future, the ability of the Dyson sphere to capture maximum solar energy is very attractive because it can provide unprecedented amount of energy and also solve the population problem.
